The secret life of bees: Sue Monk Kidd

This story is about a young teenage girl who goes on a adventure to find out where her mother used to travel or live becuase her father never told her what happen to her mother or where she used to be. He had lied to his daughter and told her that she died becuase she killed her. This girl meets wonderful people and thier names are April, May, and June, These sisters knew this girls mother and want her to live their so they can show her how her mother was.

Romeo and Juliet: William Shakespear

This work of literature is about two people who are deeply in love with each other. They fell in love at first sight something that is rare in occasionly days. Their main problem is that they are two distinct families that hate each other. A problem for these two lovers is that Juliets fahter doesnt want them to be together. Her family wants Juliet someone who is worth marrying to. Juliet deeply disagrees. Romeos love just gets bigger for Juliet and tries to pass every obstacle to get to her. They have an idea that they are going to fake Juliets death by making her look like if she was dead but she really is asleep. Romeo goes to get her and leave their town but Romeo was convinced that she died and the instant she woke up he is dead and it was over.

Of Mice and Men: John Steinbeck

This novel is about two best friends that are fighting for their lives during the great depression. Nothing gets in their way becuase what gets them going is their dream to have a farm house to have their own livestock for Lennie and grow their own food. Their main goal is to have all of this but they soon realize that reality gets to them so hard that things between Lenny George just begin to fall apart. George cant help the fact that he is going anywhere in life with a slow mental person who has the strength of like 3 men together. They meet many great people but their obstacles are difficult to dodge.

Night: Elie Wiesel

In this novel the time or setting in this novel is during the terrible HOLOCAUST where this young teenage boy named Elie Wiesel experiences the horrible things that happen in the concentration camps. This was a difficult time for the jewish people. Many Jewish people died during this catastrophic event.

Julius Caesar

In this play caesar is like the main character of the story until he dies then all of a sudden bigger conflicts start to happen. This play has many parts about betrayal becuase before Caesar died his best friend Brutus was his best friend and just faked the whole time that he was usually their for him.

Mikhail Gorbachev and the collapse of communism.

This blog im going to write about what happened to this guy Mikhail Gorbachev and whatever happened to communism. The thing that happened to communism and why it collapsed its because it failed as an economy for all the people that communist and couldnt no longer compete to other countries who where capitalists becuase they were going ahead of them and escpecially Russia the country that has been communist for over 70 years couldnt no longer keep up with races in the arms races or the space race becuase their econmy was going doooooooown!!!!!!!!!! So this Gorbachev was trying to save the Soviet Union but he Eventually trigered them from breaking up them from communist. The Perestrokia means restructuring like i was saying Mikhail was trying to help the soviet union but he failed. The glasnosts was the time of policy of maximal publicity.

african independence

this blog i will be talking about how the africans got their indepnednece from the white people from the european countries. First i am going to talk about england becuase they where one of the countries that many resources from africa that many countries where freed by their empire. also their was france spain and many others that had control over africa. So what happned was some countries didnt use violence and some countires just didnt know what todo and rampaged and then used non violence to get their independence. then africa little by little the countries where being given their independence so then african countries were freed but then they were so poor becuase they were left alone but with no help at all.
